Sensor lines for leak monitoring all converge in an evaluation unit which then immediately triggers when a leak is detected at the pipeline (even for pipelines that stretch across long distances). Depending on requirements, the leak is located directly via the evaluation unit or is also transmitted to a higher-level control system.
